He's got first grade qualifications in Human Factors (which we bonded over) and has been practicing Human-Computer Interaction to a level that puts many of us to shame, in organisations across Australia and Europe since the late 90s.

Dean was a UX Lead on a number of digital origination product journeys in a period when we were creating the template for these journeys.
